Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes, they are! Our candle vessels are made from recycled tin and we use recyclable packaging. We also work directly with US based suppliers to keep our carbon emissions low.

What ingredients do you use in your candles?

We use wax made from all-natural, US grown soybeans and all of our fragrence oils are phthalate-free and adhere to RIFM and IFRA standards for safety and purity.

How do I open my candle jar?

We craft our 8 oz candles in sealed half pint paint cans to protect the candle and ensure a strong scent. To make opening the jar easier, we include a free mini paint can opener in each box. Insert the hook end of the tool under the rim of the lid and pry the top off.

Can the candle jars be recycled?

Yes, they can! We pride ourselves in using repurposed and recyclable paint can containers for our candle vessels. Once you’re done with your candle, you can toss it in your blue recycling bin or repurpose it for another use.

What is the Proceeds For the Planet program?

We donate 1% of each purchase to organizations that support nature conservation. A few of our partners include The Serra Club Foundation, Indigenous Environmental Network, and Save the Redwoods League.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work as quickly as possibly to get your order out to you. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes, item changes, or cancelation requests. 

 

If you need a change of address for your package, please contact the shipping carrier to update your shipping information or request that your package is delivered to a local pick-up location near you.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Although we don’t currently offer a gift wrapping option, if you add a note to your order on checkout that it is a gift, we won’t include the packing slip.

How do I track my order?

We will send you tracking information as soon as your order ships (2-3 business days on average). Please keep in mind that an order's tracking status may take 48 hours to update once a shipping label has been created.

Why isn't my tracking info showing any updates?

An order's tracking status may take up to 48 hours to update once a shipping label has been created. If you haven't received any updates after 48 hours, please reach out to our team at hello@wildroostertrading.co and we'll be happy to help you look into it for you. We also recommend contacting the carrier directly with any shipping related issues.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We currently ship to 27 countries outside of the US including Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and China.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays. Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, domestic orders shipped within the U.S. may take 3-5 business days to arrive, depending on location. International orders may take longer.

 

Please note: once a package is shipped, the tracking information and final delivery is out of our hands. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

What if my order is damaged?

Since shipping and final delivery is out of our hands, damaged orders can happen. If you recieved a damaged order, please reach out to hello@wildroostertrading.co with your order number and proof of damage to request a replacement within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

What if my order is marked as delivered, but I can't find it?

Once we send a package to our shipping parters, delivery time (including delays) is up to the carrier. Please allow 3-5 business days from the delivery date for the package to hopefully find its way to the correct address. Sometimes carriers may mark a package as delivered before it actually reaches it's destination or in some cases, the package has been delivered to an Access Point/Locker for customer pickup. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with any shipping/delivery related issues since they'll have more information available.We also encourage customers to double-check that your shipping address is correct before checking out; we are not liable for missing/lost/stolen packages due to incorrectly entered shipping information and we’re unable to request address changes with the carrier once the package has been processed.Please email us at hello@wildroostertrading.co if you still haven't found your order within 3 business days of the recorded delivery date.

Do you offer buy now, pay later?

Yes, we do! For orders over $50, choose Shop Pay on checkout to pay in 4 interest-free installments.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you’re not completely happy with your order.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Also, please note that we are unable to cover any return shipping fees.
